Rental Terms

Ship Shape Management offers the following terms and conditions on all its rental properties:

• Rental Charge (payable monthly in advance)
• Deposit/Bond = 5 weeks rent
• The Tenant/s shall pay to the Landlord on the signing of Agreement the amount of the Deposit and the first payment of rent
• The Tenant/s shall bear the cost of obtaining a credit check or bank reference or any other reference which a charge may be levied – Guide price = £25 (Inc. VAT)
• The Tenant/s shall bear the cost of contract agreement fees = £75 (Inc. VAT)
• The Landlord is responsible for the cost of the incoming Inventory and check in and the Tenant/s are responsible for the cost of the outgoing check – Guide price = £75 + VAT
• Minimum 6 months contract (unless negotiated with Landlord)
• Minimum 2 months notice (unless negotiated with Landlord)
