Ship Shape Management charge an initial registration fee, which will be deductible from the final fee, if we are successful in securing a purchase / rental agreement for you.

Registration Fee £450.00
Final Fee (payable on exchange of contracts) The greater of either: 13.5% of the saving we negotiate on your behalf between the asking price and the final purchase price, or between 1.25% and 1.75% of the purchase price, depending on the complexity of the transaction. We will agree all fees at the outset and keep the process transparent from start to finish.

Final Fee (payable on exchange of documentation) will be dependent on your average monthly rental charge. We deliberately do not charge a fee on the final monthly rental amount, because we want you to trust us to negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best value. It is therefore not in our interests to obtain a maximum monthly rental. (Please note that your budgeted monthly rental charge will effect the areas in London available to you and the type of accommodation. See our online brief for guidance.)

Final Fee calculation = 3 weeks rent on the average of your budgeted monthly rental charge

£875.50 x 12 = £10,506
£10,506 / 52 = £202
£202 x 3 = £606 (Less registration fee that has already been paid)
