Ship Shape Management has been managing my 2 bedroom flat in Clapham for over 12 months now. Upon instructing SSM as my new agent, tenants moved in to the property within 3 weeks, which meant only a few days vacancy after the previous tenants had vacated. I was very impressed with the effort and care that was taken in finding the “right” tenants in such a short space of time.

My flat is currently under full management with Ship Shape Management. The flat has a garden so I was particularly keen to find tenants who would happily maintain it for me and also not cause problems to adjoining neighbours. Vanessa and her colleagues at Ship Shape listened to my preferences and did a wonderful job finding the best tenants possible. They have been on hand for maintenance whenever required and in my opinion provide an excellent value for money service at only 10%.
